The COVID-19 situation continues to evolve rapidly, and our priority is the health, safety and well-being of our customers, our people and the community.

As a business, we are monitoring the situation closely and implementing additional procedures to maintain the health and safety of our team and clients and in doing so ensuring we will continue to deliver on our service levels and project commitments.

Currently, our supply chains are functioning well, and business continuity plans are in place and are being regularly reviewed and critiqued as the situation evolves.

Our entire team are taking additional precautions and we are committed to continuous improvement of existing operational procedures to maintain our high health and safety standards, which includes taking the following additional precautions including;

  • Being conscious of personal space, maintaining a distance of 1.5 meters where possible and avoiding shakings hands

 

  • Implementing additional healthy behaviours including regular washing of hands and limiting contact where possible

 

  • Closely monitoring our regular contact environments to ensure similar implementation of precautions

We are well prepared for the COVID-19 outbreak internally. Our team are aware of the signs of symptoms of the virus and take full precautions when it comes to protecting their health and well-being.

Our Office and Management team have the necessary means to work from home, should it be required and will continue to be contactable via telephone and email.

Our maintenance and service teams are also still operating as usual and are available 24/7 for emergency call out requirements.
